I think all drivers would agree that "driving out” of a parking spot is much easier than “backing out” of a parking spot. If you are driving into a parking spot and the parking spot directly ahead of you is empty, drive thru to the next spot. If you are so unobservant that you don’t notice that the spot directly ahead of you is empty, you shouldn’t be operating a motor vehicle. That goes double for people who don’t know how to back into a spot.
