Do homey and serene sounding names really make people choose one subdivision over another? The names should at least reference reality: “Screaming Teens at 3am Shores”, “No Parking Promenade”, “By-Law Bayou”, “Nasty Neighbour Manor”, “Dog Poop Thicket”...
